PyxelStudio is committed to providing quality, affordable, professional photography equipment and excellent customer service however if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return any items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund providing the product is unused and in its unopened, original packaging. Subject to agreement, we may authorise the return of items beyond this 30 day period subject to a restocking fee, please contact us using the email below for more details.

Where an item is found to be faulty on arrival PyxelStudio will arrange for the item(s) to be returned by our own specific courier service.
