Do you ship to the USA or other international destinations?
At the moment we are unable to take orders for the USA or other international destinations via our website however you can order from our eBay store and we can ship to the USA and many other international destinations using eBay’s global shipping service. Visit our eBay store here.
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) or Swiss Francs (CHF).
If your debit/credit card is not in either of these currencies then you may be charged a conversion fee. Any charges or refunds will be issued in the currency of the original purchase and the refund amount may vary in accordance with fluctuations in the exchange rate at the time.
VAT is applicable for all countries within the EU and is charged at your countries relevant VAT rate. No VAT is charged for countries outside the EU or the Channel Islands. For non-EU countries your may be liable for import tax, please see the section ‘Will i have to pay import tax?’ below’
I have a VAT number, can VAT be deducted?
We are VAT registered in the UK, France, Germany and Italy, for orders placed from within any of these countries, your invoice will include our VAT number and you can reclaim VAT in the normal way.
For orders placed from all other EU countries VAT will be deducted upon entry of a valid VAT number during the checkout process.
Orders placed from the Channel Islands will also have VAT removed.
Will I have to pay import tax?
If you are buying from a country outside the EU then you are liable for any import duty associated with your country. When your order enters your country the courier will contact your to arrange payment of import Tax, this will vary depending on your location, there may be a clearance and admin charge for processing your order, we are unable to advise of these charges prior to purchase.
No UK Tax (VAT) is charged on orders outside the EU though our website.
Where are orders dispatched from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day, Monday to Friday.
For most UK mainland addresses Standard Delivery is usually 2-3 working days and Express Delivery is next working days. For Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Scottish Highland & Islands and International addresses, delivery times vary.

Upon dispatch you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number and details of the courier used to dispatch your order along with a link to the couriers website where you can track your order.
This information can also be found on the ‘Orders‘ section of the website under ‘My Account‘.
We offer Standard or Express Delivery to the UK using a variety of courier services.
Our Standard delivery is free for all UK mainland orders under £50 and usually takes around 2-3 days to arrive, with orders received before 2pm being dispatched the same working day.
Need next working day delivery? Order before 2pm and choose Express Delivery for just £4 for UK mainland orders. Orders with a total value over £50 will be shipped Express for free.
For Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Scottish Highland & Islands a surcharge may apply.

What plug will my product have?
All electrical products will be supplied with the correct plug for the country of delivery. If you would prefer a different plug please state this in the checkout notes. We can supply UK 3 Pin or EU 2 Pin plugs. On rare occasions we may have to supply an item with a relevant adapter for your countries sockets where a native plug is not available.
What does ‘Working Days’ mean?
For us working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday for Express Delivery will be dispatched same day and delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Friday for Express Delivery before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following Monday (Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank holiday). Please contact us directly if Saturday delivery is required for information on the surcharge for the item you are purchasing.
Orders placed on a UK Bank holiday will be processed on the following working day and will delay dispatch.
Please note: We accept no liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery for National Bank holidays in our or your country and are unable to refund any postage due to delays in delivery.
